non-delivery on ordered items

I've ordered a replacement battery for an AG chrome battery 3 weeks ago. Payment was made I was called confirming dispatch. After numerous calls made to the call centre, I was informed it has not been dispatched. The manager, Haroldene, contacted me and assured me she would resolve the issue. It has been a week since her commitment to me and I still don&#39
