"NO STOCK" FOR WEEKS? MAYBE THE NAME OF THE MODEL SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN "GHOST"

<p>When we purchased the phone for my daughter, we were assured of best service. A broken/damaged phone is replaced "immediately" (yes, that's the word which was used) and yet here we are</p> <p>ALMOST 2 WEEKS LATER - AND NO PHONE - DUE TO "NO STOCK"</p> <p>Our first call on 9 September was met with "we cannot book the phone in because the phone cannot be picked up on that specific day - call Monday"</p> <p>Unhappy but yet looking forward to having a working phone, we phoned on Monday 12 September and every other day - but every day we get the same reply - IF we are lucky enough to get through: "there is no stock available".</p> <p>*My daughter is a young intern and needs her phone to receive info from her employer</p> <p>*It is also her only means of communicating when she sometimes needs to work late hours</p> <p>*My daughter's safety is affected by your lies!</p> <p> </p> <p>I tried speaking to a manager - just to explain the situation but nothing! Today, the line is DEAD - wonder if it's a GHOST :,(</p>
