Just plain bad service , empty promises

I bought a AG tablet and received a Sell C SIM , its a contract phone . Phone and SIM worked fine same week received an SMS that a SIM swap was requested on the SIM card, same day sim was blocked and not working . Phoned the call centre and explained the problem , was informed that the problem will be sorted in 48 hours , it turned in to almost 2 weeks still no joy . Every time i phone i get told it was either not reported or becouse im speaking to a new person it will take another 48 hours . Spoke to a manager (HAROLDENE) was asked to sent a mail and it wil be sorted in the hour , no reply on the mail and no service . If you phone the call sentre the agent is either busy , on lunch or just plainly not in a mood to speak to you .
