INSURANCE CANCELLATION

<p> </p> <p>I would firstly like to say your agents need more training they are confused and they all say different things, secondly I would like to cancel my insurance that I took up with AG mobile, when I initially took it I was advised that it will cover me for any malfunction or if it gets ****** etc. I just called in now and spoke to a lady whom I told that my phone has technical problems(screen goes blank and battery life is a disaster), she advised that I should take it where I bought it from(Ackermans, which I will do on Sa****ay), I went ahead and asked her what the insurance covers me for and she said only for the screen, I told her that I want to cancel it and she just transferred my call without explaining where im being transfered to and the line kept ringing until I got cut off. Please cancel the insurance with immediate effect and I’m not expecting any debits from my account on the 25th.</p>
