Debit Orders again and again

I have been paying my AG Mobile account since Oct 2015 via EFT. The initial amount of R199 was paid 28 Oct 2015. AG Mobile keep on putting debit orders through my account. I have send e-mails to Caroline as well as spoke telephonically to her. I have also requested statement that I have still not received. Today the debit order went throught my account again. I spoke to Caroline and she tells me a Bobby guy is doing the accounts - working somewhere (that was her words) and she can't help me. Her manager will apparently phone me back because he is NOT in the office. She refuse to give me this \Bobby\" guy contact details. "
