Bad Service

I am not happy with their service. I got phoned for a contract and then was told that someone would confirm the last details and then i would receive it. I then since have phoned in thrice to confirm if the contract was approved or not as no one called me. I was given three different excuses by three different people why i have not been called back.<br> <br> My question is: Why mislead people and then when calling in, a person finds out totally different stories......
