AGMOBILE the boost model does do as described on B
I bought a AGMOBILE cellular phone, model Boost, yesterday from Pep store in Centurion. The back of the box it claims that the phone have 3G HSDP. However it does pick up the signal and display as on 3G.
I tried everything to get on the Internet but it keeps asking for WiFi. Been to three Cellc shops and they cannot get it to work. In desperation I searched for the company's Internet site. Under the specifications it clearly state that it only gprs. No 3G etc.
Clearly this is a case where the manufacturer in this case AGmobile is trying to pass off a product on the outside case but is in fact inferior than stated. Also Pep store by selling the product based on the specifications on the outside of the box but in fact is inferior. The staff at Pep are not trained in technical issues and cannot be blamed, the blame is with the original manufacturer AGMOBILE and with Pep's advertising. What do I do. This problem must be addressed and I must be be compensated for driving around from Cellc to Cellc store to get this to work, secondly the public must be made aware of the ****, as there is no better word to describe the false claims.
