Ag mobile un repaired

I got a ag mobile tablet as a present a year later it crash and is tick on the enter screen so I took it in for repairs and everyone say they cant repair it, it needs a software up date and it cant go further than the enter screen. So I phoned ag mobile the lady said the y need a slip as proof of purchase I don't have a slip it was a present. So I spoke to dombie and she said they can fix it will talk to manger and get back to me. Now a month later after all the phoning they have not given me a answer or help to fix the tablet. This is poor service and the people is unhelpful even the manager I don't know how she manage a branch if she cant even help or give me an answer.
