AG Mobile insurance

<p>My AG Ghost mobile phone screen is cracked, I have been trying to contact the insurance company from Monday the 3rd of October 2016 till today the 7th of October 2016. Their number ********** 333, ********** 447 just rings and no answer. I am paying every month R49 x2 for the two phones. This is UNACCEPTABLE and POOR SERVICE. I could imagine if I took their funeral cover and not response if I had to do a claim. I am so DISSAPOINTED at AG mobile care insurance. Even when I wanted to cancel the insurance, I would struggle as there is no one answering.</p>
