faulty fan.

Hi on the 7th of November 2018 i took my vehcle to AG Electronics (Automotive Electronic Repairs)Kirsten St Parow Cape Town ph ********** to have the cooling fan repaired as it no longer switced on automatacally . I had to pay R1725 up front . The vehcle was there 4 days .the manager Trevor advised me that they would see to the problem . on the 4th day i was told to to come in as the repairs were now solved and the fan was in working condition . on arrival i enquired what they had done to repair the fan. I was informed by them that the had replaced the 15amp fuse with a 20amp fuse and this would solve the problem(imposible) i knew this was absolute rubish .on asking to see Trevor the manager i was told he was out but he would phone me. so i too my car away and latter i checked the fuse only to find it had been replaced with a 30 amp fuse which is proberly dangerous as the wires can heat up. I have since had the relay replaced for R180 . I have tried to get Trevor on the phone on numerous times but he wont come to the phone and am told he will ring back in 45minutes . Needless to say im still awaiting his call as i would like to receive a credit on some of the R1725 i have wasted. Could hellopeter help me as this is disgusting wayto do business .Thanking you.
