Poor services

I also have made payments towards a outstanding account but ammounts stays the same, after I canceled services at telkom they still billed me 3 months after canceling the poor service I got from telkom, and then the ammounts I payed towards this company that stays the same no matter what ammounts you pay, this is not acceptable.
