Harrassment and threats after cancelling contract

Good day

I had a two year contract from 2017 which lapsed in 2019 and i did not renew it, i was automatically placed me on a month to month without no consent from my side and each time the telkom call centre agents called, i instructed them to cancel the contract to no avail resulting in me having to go to their Eastrand mall shop to have this contract cancelled and the cease numbers were ***A and ***A on the 18.01.2021, however Blake & associates and now AG collection services are harassing me.

I have been receiving endless calls with threats of being blacklisted instructing me to pay the arrears as per attached which is unfounded as this contract was cancelled but owing to Telkom's refusal and ********* behaviour they persisted on wanting to offer me a service I no longer needed.

The manner in which Telkom and these ***** AG collection services handles customer service or lack thereof is questionable and i have written to Hellopeter regarding this disgusting threats, bullying tactics and lack of consideration for customers is disheartening.

Stop harassing me and do cease on emailing me.
