EXTREMLY POOR SERVICES

I have been a client of AG Collection Services for several years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. Matters handed over to them have not been reported on, and there has been no accountability regarding the progress of collections.

For over a month, I have been trying to reach their office without success. Emails go unanswered, calls go straight to voicemail, and when I finally managed to get a call back, the line was abruptly cut off once I mentioned the person I was trying to reach. This behavior strongly suggests that clients are being deliberately avoided.

A debt collection service should provide transparency, timely reporting, and reliable communication. Unfortunately, AG Collection Services has failed on all these fronts. Their lack of professionalism and accountability has left me very concerned about the handling of my accounts.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend AG Collection Services.
