Bad attitude, rude language,Bad service,

my name is githa we took a machine of my mums in for service we was quoted R570 after a week they called to say it ready and its R912 my mum is a pensioner. wen i went in i asked why didnt they call to say they adding parts of which i would have refused as my mum needs to eat also.they answer was we dont call to say qe putting in parts . i said its the duty as customer service to call and say they adding parts. the sales men started to scream and shout at us.the the owner came and started using vulgar words on us and also called us ******* black ppl. while there is clients in. i also spoke back as the owner and the salemen was rude and shouting. is that customer service. i would like them to charge what they asked originally also for an apologie from the owner and salesmen. this for me is a *******. what company doesnt give courtesy call to inform the client whats going on. how many ppl are being ****** in this way. i will never recommend or use them ever again.from the owner part i feel disgusted by such an attitude.
