wow, just wow!
Wow wow wow, the most shocking customer service iv ever received!!! this has been a 6-month battle, from the careless/non-responsive rep down to the ill-mannered/ deep sighing sale tech. it is a complete embarrassment. no wonder they only have a two-star rating!!!!
