Worst service in the world....IN THE WORLD!!

I have a debit order that goes off my a/c monthly for my mothers oxygen machine. I have had this a/c for roughly 4 years. On the second of January Afox suddenly trippled the debit order with NO explination. After Numerous phone calls, all I recieved was an e-mail showing the invoices charged . I have never owed a cent on this a/c. iTS CLEARLY A MISTAKE BUT TO GET ANY JOY OUT OF Afrox is Impossible.
