Why are there no 19kg Afrox gas cylinders for sale for the past 4 months at least

I’ve been waiting months to buy 19kg African gas cylinder. I normally buy them from Builders Warehouse, all I want is an extra cylinder… I can’t even get another cylinder because Builders only supplies Afrox gas is you are using and Afrox cylinder…. This is beyond frustrating.

Afrox did indeed reply to my complaint. They contacted the Builders in question and resolved my issue. From my conversations with Afrox, it appears that Builders staff incorrectly communicated that there were no 19kg cylinders for sale, when in fact it was the 48kg cylinders that were unavailable.

I was very happy with the speed and professional manner in which Afrox dealt with my complaint.
