What's the point Afrox?

Truly dismal experience. I register for an account to purchase gas. I recieved an email saying my registration was successful. I tried to login and it tells me my account has not been approved and to call ***. I first tried emailing them about the problem but it is such a slow process. I then called that number but no one answered, I was on the line for 30 minutes. Afrox don't setup an online store if you are not willing to setup everything else an online store needs.
