Useless,thieving, terrible service

We tried to order medical oxygen from Afrox. This process we started 3 weeks ago. We ordered the oxygen and on 01 October we got a call telling me it will be delivered on Monday. The delivery never came. Subsequently we have been phoning 2 -3 times a day to try and sort this out. Every time holding up to 40min to speak to someone. I was told on a number of times that I will be called back with an answer. I am STILL waiting for those calls! Eventually we were told to pay first and then we will get the delivery. We made the payment and was promised delivery last Wednesday. It is a week later, numerous phone calls later and STILL NO DELIVERY. This is the most useless service I ever encountered! NO customer service. ******* for taking our money and not delivering
