unfair treatment

<p>Went to Afrox to buy Gas,and as i entered the premise to drop off empty cylinder there was forklift that was driving towards me on high speed with high pallet where by the driver couldn't see were he was going,I've tried to reverse as quickly as possible but due to high speed that forklift was driving the driver ended up pumping my car on the bonnet ,now when I claim for expenses they told that its not their responsibility as it was SECURITY who was driving their forklift not Afrox employee as he was not permitted to drive it,I've tried to to email Afrox Head Office and I received a feed back from branch manager but we couldn't reach agreement as he wanted to REPAIR my car not to REPLACE damaged parts,my car it's brand new ,How can Security Gurd drive forklif as he is not trained by the company to do so ,unless if its usual thing but just because this time he caused damage they act as if they do not use him to do work that he's not qualified for. Licensed Afrox forklift pumped my car and no one wants to take responsibility ,it's really so unfair .</p> <p>Hope hellopeter will help me on this issue.</p> <p> </p>
