Underfilling of LP gas

I have had a cruel experience from your clients who represents Afrox gas in the Port Elizabeth area. On Saturday 14 November 2015 I have filled a cylinder which was suppose to be filled 3kg of gas found that there was half kilogram short. On questioning the outlet Protea Hardware in Port Elizabeth told me that they do not weigh the cylinders when they fill it and uses a Afrox method which goes on feel if it is full.<br> I then told them that what they are doing is ******* and not good customer service for which the owner of the store became real arrogant and showed me the door.<br> Afrox if this is the client you trade business with I strongly suggest you put a procedure in place for them in dispensing your gas, because they don't even have a scale which they weigh the empty cylinders in determining how much of gas is being filled.<br> I need to see action on this as how many customers is being de*****ed in this way and for how long this practice have been going on for.
