Try getting directions to an Afrox branch. Appaling service.

I called Afrox Pinetown, to find out if they had the items I require. No reply Called their Call centre (10-minute wait), was given a different number. No answer. I decided to drive to Pinetown to find their premises at 154 Old main Rd closed down. Called the call centre again, another 10-minute wait to answer. They told me the address of Pinetown branch was 154 Old Main Rd. Didn't know it had closed or moved. After another wait they gave me Umbilo branch address but the wrong telephone number.

The staff are truly inept and they then wanted me to rate their service!!!!
