They are incapable of fixing a delivery address on their system

I registered an account on their online shop. Now after moving, for more than a year, its been impossible to get my delivery address fixed.

Their support thinks I am a business and needs a business letter.

What kind of company in 2021 makes it impossible to update a delivery address on their online shop?

They probably really don't want to do business at all.
