Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Made an order and said it was delivered two days later, which it wasn't. I was in urgent need of oxygen at the practice I work at. They would not answer the phone when we needed that oxygen, that was supposedly delivered, which was not. We never managed to get ahold of them. They then show up with our oxygen late and the tank was damaged. We had to find another company to help us out so our Vet practice could do the surgeries that we needed to do.
