TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE

We have an account with Afrox and decided to close the account with them as we get better rates somewhere else, we handed in all our cylinders, but for 8 months they have been charging us for cylinders that we do not have by us. I called the in Jan 2023 to ask them what is going on, they opened a case and told me Afrox will have a look in to it, well we are 2 month down the line, no answer, no feedback, when I called them they said a lady has been appointed and she will send me a email and I must reply to the email, I emailed the email address (it comes back with it doesn't exist)
