Terrible company

Terrible experience with this company, very *********** sales team and regional manager.

We opened an account with Afrox, and it was approved on a reseller basis, however they’ve given us end-user prices and have been reluctant to give us reseller prices. For the past 4 weeks they’ve been saying the regional manager needs to make the approval. So why the hell was the account approved as reseller in the first place if they can’t provide reseller prices?!! Absolutely useless regional manager, with no client care.
