Stupid online service
Had the worst experience from any company ever. Ordered a cylinder with gas online from Afrox and made a Card payment for collection. 4 days later i hear nothing. I log a query to follow up on the status and the response I get is my order is a collection order. Does this mean they dont do anything if you collect from the store. I went to the store and they couldnt find anything. Ended up having to pay twice. I want my online payment reversed immediately.
