Service non existent

I went to the George branch today to get gas , the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and kind but when going out to receive my gas there was no one to help me, I went to the security to ask for help (yes theres two of them that open one boom) when I asked them if someone was going to help me they just said yes and closed the door, needless to say no one came, I then hadto go back inside to ask for help upon which the same front desk gentleman helped me. Where are your staff??? Why do you even bother paying people to be there if they are going to sit on their butts and do nothing when customers haveto take care of themselves. Utterly disappointed, the manager had no bother in asking what the problem was he just walked into his office and ignored the situation. So well done to the one gentleman at the front who was helpful, if anything is holding that place up its probably you.
