Poor Service

I am very disappointed, frustrated with the poor service I have received From Afrox, I have made a call to cancel my policy with them, where they told me to do EFT payment on the 25th of Jan 2024, then they will make all the necessary arrangements to collect the oxygen tank. I did make a payment on the 25th and mailed it trough to them, where they asked me for the info for collection on the oxygen tank, where i did send everything through. since the 30th Jan 2024, I have been asking on collection of tank, where they told me, waiting on collection department, then a "April" was given the instruction, where I asked again for contact details for this "April" person, got nothing, and then I was told that it was send to higher management (received mail this week), and yesterday I was told that, they are trying their out most best, but why don't they provide me with the contact details and again I phoned yesterday, and left my cell number for someone to phone me back, nobody phoned me back.. so, the short and long, it's almost the 25 again and it takes longer than a month to cancel, then they have the odasity to deduct the amount by debit order on the 1st where I did send them my proof of payment on the 25th of Jan. I am sorry all that I want is everything to be cancelled and the oxygen tank to be collected. (And I did inform them a couple of times that I AM NOT staying in the same town where the tank needs to be collected at).
