Pathetic Service

Absolutely Pathetic Service. Afrox was supposed to pick up gas bottles in January this year as we moved premises, which they never did and no one had the decency to let us know that this was not done.

We've been trying for 7 months to get someone to help us as their call centre and separate branches are pathetic. Calls keep on getting dropped, no one ever comes back. Yet they still expect payment for their negligence.
