Oxygen cylinder delivery

I am an employee at Mthatha complex hospital(Nelson Mandela Academic Hospital,Mthatha regional hospital and Bedford orthopedic hospital. The institution has been going business with afrox ever since 2007. This week Monday & Tuesday I placed an order for oxygen cylinders which were depleted but nothing has been delivered. It's Wednesday now Mthatha regional has no oxygen at all and there are CRITICAL patients that need constant oxygen supply what displeases me is the aftermath of a family losing a loved i.e breadwinner and litigation increasing against the institution. Afrox's(Mthatha branch) USUAL reason for not delivering the cylinders is that they don't have enough trucks to service the OR Tambo region which is not our problem. Afrox do something about this because we dealing with people's lives here and this is no more acceptable.
