No response from Afrox

I logged a complaint to Afrox regarding money that was debited from my account and not refunded. I was assured that someone with call me with feedback. That has still not happened and I have still not received my money. Could Afrox please refund my money ASAP as I have been waiting from the 02nd of June 2015 for my money
