No deposit refund
I am very disappointed in Afrox, struggling to get my deposit refunded by them. Theyou insist that the refund was paid into my bank account. They also stated they are unable to send me proof of payment as they do payments from India. I am a pensioner and had to sell my TV to pushes oxygen refill because of their policy. They do not care about their patients. When I asked ****hka from accounts what I should do she advised she cannot help me. This is not the way to treat people How does a company of this size do business this way. I will warn people about them for the rest of my days.

08 Jan 2019, 18:39The deposit issue is resolved. I however will never recommend anyone to them going forward. Afrox had no compassion for a dying women, whose only means of getting oxygen bottles refilled was by getting my deposit back for a machine I had rented from their home care department. I could not have enough compassion to put in an emergency refund. As a SASSA disability pensioner I had to sell my only entertainment my TV to buy oxygen.
Shame on you Afrox.
