No deposit refund

Deposit refund I cancelled my service for an oxygen machine and advised that I urgently require the refund of my deposit in order to refill my cylinders as I could not longer afford the service as my family could not longer assist with the expense of the machine. I rely solely on a disability grant from SASSA. It cost me selling my only entertainment my TV to refill my oxygen cylinders. I was in formed by Mercy in the call center that I would recieved payment Friday 21st December 2018.as cheque runs are only dine on a Friday. I have nothing left to sell. Afrox will be the cause of my death as I cannot get oxygen this week.I further request that they refund any interest accumulated on the deposit they are not returning.
