When making a payment at Afrox you get a payment receipt. Then you are told the invoice have been mailed. When checking your mail there is no invoice to be found.

Then when asking for the invoice you are told the payment was on a different account that what the payment receipt is issued on.

Typical when requiring anything from the Afrox accounts department it will take months to resolve.
