MOST ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

I have been reading other people's frustrations with this company, and would highly recommend to the lady trying to get Oxygen for her mother to use an alternative company. I did the same 18 months ago and then got an oxygen generator. Been trying to get Afrox to close my account for 15 months, with ZERO success to date. Every month another bill and every month collections people harassing me, and I go through the whole story again and they promise to resolve it. Then repeat process again the next month. MOST ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED in my life. It is non-existent.
