I am rightly skeptical of the quality of Afrox's noble gasses

As a professional Engineer, I made use of BOC NewZealand/Australia with top management and services. You are treated like an individual and you have no doubt that the gas supp**** is below the stated purity or faultily manufactured. Looking at the reviews from Afrox alone, why spend R7000 for helium which might be unsatisfactory in the purity or tank volume supp****, or even worse, a totally different gas after-all. On the initial approach, the Support has no knowledge on even the pricing of these gases which should be first-line support knowledge. There are only around 4 or 5 main gases on Afrox but Reception could not tell me the tank size, or volume types in respect to the water volume they hold. For some odd reason, they only tell you the weight of the whole tank, which gives a false impression of the volume of the gas available in water litres which you need to know for welding purposes first-hand. BOC International supplies you the correct volume of gas, but not Afrox. On top of this, was my frustration with getting a flow meter you absolutely need for regulating Nitrogen gas. There is only an Argon flowmeter in supply which cannot be reliably used on Helium and Nitrogen. I was dumbstruck at their cognitive dissonance, trying from my side, to explain to them why you need a regulator for helium which they did not supply as well. Obviously with pressurised gases, one need to have a regulator for each gas as opening the valve can implode an enormous pressure by square inch of gas released. Also, it must be frustrating for top-welders to make use of this **** service as they send all their inquiries away to "specialists" who undermine your question and come back with huge delay time and second-rate responses to questions you did not even ask. We need reliable gas and it becomes ************* to even make use of Afrox. It makes me doubt how the global BOC regulates this backwards 3rd world retard of a sister-company called 'Afrox'. BOC did not even have respect to grant them to use their own name and disqualifies them for use of the BOC moniker on their website. Afrox is certainly not BOC International so please do not waste your money on any of the noble gases if you are a welder or Professional. I would rather buy the gasses from overseas and pay extra tax than getting a backward quality of a trusted source they claim to be. Buy the gasses from somewhere else and stop wasting your time on this junk. Afrox is equivalent to a ****-fight in a wazoo.
