FALSE LETTER OF DEMANDS. USELESS ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT.

I have been struggling to sort out a Problem on an account that I do not have since 25/09/2017. I keep sending emails. I have requested the previous company I worked for to send emails. All we get is , This is an Automated Reply. ****off. I was on the phone with them for 4 HOURS today and keep hearing the same old ***. We will escalate it and let you know. ITS BEEN 6 YEARS. How pathetic. Now I receive a Letter of Demand to pay within 10 Working days. Is this a joke? Is there any real people working in the offices?? I am the one calling YOU to inform YOU about YOUR stupid system and I get a Letter of Demand. Bunch of F#cking brain dead IDIOTS, Oompaloompas. Put up a Default Judgement lets see what happens, you will get sued for Defamation of Character. And with this country's courts ill win as well.
