Double charge for 1 order

I'm so annoyed with Afrox. I finally got my oxygen tank yesterday after following up on the process numerous times. I was told yesterday to pay COD. I have now just been debited again, having paid for the same cylinder and deposit TWICE! I'm very upset about this and expect the 2nd payment to be reversed with immediate effect. Its bad enough being ill but then having this stress on top of everything is NOT acceptable!
