DISMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT - I can't complain about the service because there is none

Don't try and get hold of a customer services person at AFROX in order to change your address - it is a NIGHTMARE. I am currently holding on for 52 minutes (and counting) to speak to someone to change our physical address on their system. What a nightmare. You would think that a company of this size would actually have people working there!
