Cylinder dispute
Issues with our cylinders. Afrox sent out Bernadette Bassa, a Container Management Field Cylinder Officer. She patiently explained what went wrong, why it happened and then assisted in fixing the issue on cylinders on hand.
Very happy with the quick response from Afrox, and Bernadette's knowledge.
