Buyer beware

In early 2018, i ordered LPG Gas as well as a small canister of Partigas. They delivered both but what they did not tell me or have on their website was the Partigas was on their "Rental" agreement. This means that this R500 Partigas was being billed at R500 + rental every 30 days. This amounted to over R2800 as they do not send invoices and its been months. So my empty Partigas, which i was going to send back when i ordered LPG gas, was being billed every month. I queried this, no answer. I sent emails over and over to different people and they do not even reply. Called the call centre, no action. Queried on their website under the "Query balance", no action or reply. Their website also does not work properly. Could not even download an invoice. I have now requested they close my account as i have settled the outstanding amount even though i object to this charge. Do not want to have any further dealings with this company. And lastly when i did personally return the Partigas a few months back, i was treated very poorly at the branch which i brought to their attention. That they acted on, but nothing else.
