Billing Incorrect.

Worst customer service! Been fighting since August to get a CO2 cylinder which we returned credited to our account. Finally get an answer as to how we get it credited - and it's going to cost R2000 to do so! We're being billed for something we returned and the customer 'service' team doesn't help at ALL!
