Beyond useless company.
Afrox is beyond useless. Struggling since November 2023 to sort out our Afrox account. Today is the 2nd of May and its still not sorted out.
You don't get any assistance or feedback It takes them 3 months to remove late payment fees for a payment that was paid to AFROX the SAME day we received our cylinders. BUT THEY WANT THEIR MONEY AT THE END OF THE MONTH but cant fix this.
I will not recommend Afrox to any one.
