BEWARE DON'T DEAL WITH ANY PART OF AFROX

Good day

My account was canceled in April and Afrox has sent me a bill for May, I have mailed Afrox advising them that my account was canceled they have received my email now Afrox sent me a statement saying I owe you money is ridiculously niave of Afrox I'm going to report you to the ombudsman if they don't sort this out they don't want to pay people their money back

I asked for my deposit to be paid back ages ago, the begging of April it's now the 18th of May and I have still not recieved my deposit back, I have the collection receipt where the cylinder and regulator was collected the begging of April.

You better rectify my account today. I tried calling customer service numerous times last week to get this sorted and everytime your consultants keep putting the phone down on me. This is disgusting behavior from Afrox please people don't deal with this company they are an absolute nightmare to deal with.
