Bad service from AFrox Gas Upington

I would like to share my frustration about the service I received from Afrox Gas in Upington. I have been begging Afrox to collect the empty oxygen bottles for 4 weeks now. The first week they told me they dont have a truck. they will have a truck the following week. i made several calls to no avail. They told me the week after that they will come and they did not come, when I called they told me there was an emergency at keimoes hospital they will come monday. all this times i must call them. Then i was told they went to Keimoes, they will come come tomorrow. I asked Lu why I am i treated like a second class citizen. She was soo rude and dropped the phone in my ear. While Afrox is charging us rent for empty bottles. Their staff is soo deliberate in frustrating me. I dont understand why this deliberate lack of service. After she dropped the phone in my ear I called back, she refused to answer the phone. What is it that one must do to get service from Afrox Upington.
