Bad service Afrox

Two months ago my mom needed oxygen from home I got the account and oxygen very timely... I was happy with that service.... But when I cancelled the account as my mom's medical aid authorized her home oxygen.... I needed my refund paid back.... They said I needed to wait between 18 to 21 days for my refund the 21st of March the money was not in.... I logged the claim on the 20th of February.... I contacted afrox... They said that the refund was approved on the 31st.of August.... And will appear within 14 to 21 days.... I am furious.... Why do we need to put up with service like this!!!
