Awful Service

Customer service does not exist at Afrox. As a customer that places orders every week - they have endless excuses. The area manager for major customers does not assist and no-one answers the landline numbers that are available. They claim that if you place an order before 3pm, you can expect delivery the next day - four days later and only more excuses. You may pay more at other service providers, but at least you actually get the service.
