Another company where 'Customer Service' is only word in a dictionary!

Afrox make a big deal out of their eshop. It is a good concept however in my experience it just does not work. Two examples, 1. In 2016 I ordered gas through the eshop, made payment via credit card and up to this day no delivery were made. Not sure what went wrong but no email, no phone call no nothing. 2. Today wanted to get prices on gas refill/rental on my Argon gas. I tried to login, however, could not remember my password since I never used eshop after the previous fiasco. I used the reset option and got the mail with the link. However, if you use the activation link you are redirected to a website that has an error. Tried 3 times through different browsers, the same outcome. Then I tried using the online chat to try and resolve this. The person Shezaane or some similar name was completely useless in addressing the issue. I'm tired of using Afrox for my gas and welding needs as their service is non existent and their prices for SME's are just to steep. They always say that you can negotiate your prices but they do not even reply to your emails regarding such discussions. I have lost faith in the Afrox brand and will rather support someone else.
