Afrox - Worst Gas company ever to date

***. I have spoken to the counter sales staff at Afrox to settle my account completely aswell handed in the rental. I informed the Afrox staff that i dont not want to see a bill after this because all is settled this was done on the 25.03.2021. Come the new month i found in mail a statement i owe them for the rental which i do not posses and i have settle my account on the wrong date. There dates run from the 19 to 19 of every month. How must i suck this out from the air to my knowledge. Yet i have asked the counter sales lady would this problem come forward and she rep**** no sir all is sorted. Who should i believe i do not have the money to pay for something i do not posses yet i would never pay for something i do not use. I have called them to correct and understand what is the purpose for the billing and you will hold the telephone line hole day. If lucky get through to the wrong department to hold the line again to put to the right one to hold on some more. Still holding the line for an answer that will never come. Really grinds my gears. A wasted commerce.
